Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by STE RIDA AGENCY (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Morocco. We publish the application described below on Google Play under the developer name STE RIDA AGENCY, and we are the data controller for the information covered by this policy.

This policy applies to:

• the STE RIDA AGENCY mobile application for Android (the “App”), published on Google Play by the developer STE RIDA AGENCY;
• the website https://ridaste.vercel.app, including the contact form and any enquiry you send us through it.

The identifiers below are the same ones shown on our Google Play Store listing:

By installing or using the App, or by using our website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

The App collects only the limited technical data listed below. This matches, item for item, the declarations we make in the Data safety section of our Google Play Store listing.

• Device or other IDs — the Android advertising ID and comparable device identifiers, used by our advertising provider to serve and measure ads and to limit how often the same ad is shown.
• Crash logs — reports generated automatically when the App stops unexpectedly, containing the device model, Android version, App version and the technical state at the moment of the crash.
• Diagnostics / app performance — anonymous, aggregated measurements such as launch time, error rates and general stability.

The App does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, files, messages, audio, health data, financial data or any government identifier.

Crash logs and diagnostics are collected automatically; advertising identifiers are collected in order to show ads. Neither is ever sold.

The App does not request or use the Android location permissions (ACCESSFINELOCATION or ACCESSCOARSELOCATION). We do not collect GPS or precise location, and we do not track your movements.

As with any internet service, the servers and advertising partners the App connects to can see your IP address, from which only a coarse country- or region-level location can be inferred. We do not store that information ourselves and we do not use it to identify you. This is the minimum needed for the App and its ads to function.

You are never required to send us personal information in order to use the App. If you choose to contact us — by email at ridaagencyste@gmail.com, or through the contact form on https://ridaste.vercel.app — we receive what you send:

• Contact details — your name, company, email address and phone number, if you provide them.
• Your message — the content of your enquiry and any later correspondence about it.

We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of our business relationship. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

• Show advertising in the App and measure whether it worked — impressions, clicks, frequency capping and fraud prevention.
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs, and keep the App stable across devices and Android versions.
• Understand aggregate usage — how many people open the App and which versions are in use — so we can improve it.
• Reply to your enquiries and deliver any service you engage us for.
• Meet legal obligations — accounting, tax, and lawful requests from a competent authority.

We do not use this data to build a personal profile of you, and we do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.

The App is supported by advertising. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve, cap and measure those ads, AdMob processes your device's advertising ID and technical device data under its own privacy policy:

We also rely on Google Play services for distribution and updates, and on Google's crash-reporting tools for the diagnostics described above.

Your controls. On your device, open Settings → Google → Ads to opt out of ads personalisation or to delete your advertising ID, which stops it being shared with advertisers. Where consent is legally required for personalised ads — for example in the EEA and the United Kingdom — the App asks for it first, and you may refuse or change your choice at any time; refusing simply means you see non-personalised ads.

Our website https://ridaste.vercel.app is hosted by Vercel and carries no advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers.

Data is shared only:

• with the service providers named above — Google AdMob, Google Play services, our hosting and email providers — which act on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own published policies;
• where a legal, regulatory or judicial obligation requires it, to establish or defend a legal claim, or to prevent fraud and abuse;
• with a successor entity if our business is reorganised or transferred, under protections equivalent to this policy.

Our providers operate globally, so limited technical data may be processed outside Morocco, including in the European Union and the United States. Those transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

• Advertising identifiers are retained by our advertising provider for the periods set out in Google's privacy policy; we keep no copy of our own.
• Crash logs and diagnostics are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or retained only in aggregated, non-identifying form.
• Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer you, and afterwards only as long as accounting, tax and record-keeping rules require.

You can delete your data at any time:

• Reset or delete your advertising ID — Settings → Google → Ads → *Delete advertising ID*. This severs the identifier used for advertising.
• Uninstall the App — this removes everything stored locally on your device.
• Email [ridaagencyste@gmail.com](mailto:ridaagencyste@gmail.com) with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm receipt and delete the data we hold about you, including any enquiry records, within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. The request is free of charge and does not require you to have an account.

Communication between the App, our website and our providers uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Access to the small amount of data we hold is restricted to the people who need it, and our providers (Google, Vercel) maintain their own certified security programmes.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as applicable law requires.

The App is not directed to children, and its Google Play content rating and target-audience declaration reflect that. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16, or under the age of digital consent in your country.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at ridaagencyste@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data — see the instructions in the previous section.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including advertising.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Morocco, the CNDP (https://www.cndp.ma).

We aim to meet the standards of the EU and UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, and Morocco's Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data. To exercise any right, email ridaagencyste@gmail.com; we reply within the period applicable law requires, and at the latest within 30 days.

We may update this policy — for example if the App gains a feature that handles data differently. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the App or on this page before they take effect.
